Ordering a Custom
Ordering a custom is easier than ever because you have all the tools at your fingertips!
Step 1: Take a look at the different models that I offer
Step 2: Pick a model to base your custom off of. All customs can be either exact versions of my models or include tweaks and modifications that I have been working on or you have been interested in to find the board best suited for you and your surfing.
Step 3: Think about your board's aesthetic design! What colors do you like, do you want tint or spray, cutlaps or foam stain, fabric or flower inlay?? Take a look around the website for some inspiration or dive into my instagram @roblansurfboards if you haven't already. If you are unsure don't worry, you have time to decide. We will chat about different designs and their pros and cons, and you will have un until your board is shaped to lock in what you want!
Step 4: Click the link below to go to the custom order deposit page, drop a deposit and I will contact you by phone or email to schedule an in person or phone call meeting to talk about your board order!
Food for Thought
The questions below are questions we will go over during out meeting about your custom surfboard.
What is your height and weight?
Where do you surf most often?
What kinds of waves do you want this board to excel in?
What is your skill/ confidence level in the water?
What is your shoe size?
Do you want to be adventurous with this board design or stick to something you already know you love?
On an ideal wave at your favorite spot, what would those conditions look like and how would you want to surf this board on that day?
We will go over some more questions during our meeting, but this is a good list just to get thinking on!
